BentMetal Design was started in 2005 by owner/ designer/ creative director, Jen Volz. Jen founded BentMetal Design after several years of being in the industry and doing freelance work "on the side". Freelance design was appealing because of the freedom to choose projects, the variety of the work, the ability to see projects from concept to completion, and the personal nature of having face-to-face contact with clients.

At BentMetal we feel that talking to a client, one-on-one, gives us a much better feel for what the client is looking for. When we have the opportunity to meet with clients, it's the perfect chance to build a working relationship and discover what the real function and purpose of the design is going to be.

Since BentMetal Design was founded, the client list has been gradually growing, mostly by word of mouth. Our philosophy is "do an exceptional job for one client, and they will recommend you others". Good work is free advertising!

Along with our talent to create functional, creative, easy to navigate websites, we also create database driven websites. BentMetal Design can create full e-commerce websites, as well as back-end content management systems.
